  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-order items will be shipped based on the estimated release date.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information provided.
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us at Support@hobbystar.shop, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may require photos of the damaged items before processing a replacement or refund.
